摘要竞技体育的发展实践表明，当运动成绩达到一定高度，运动员的先天条件就会成为促进或制约运动成绩提高的主导因素。虽然科学训练是运动员取得优异成绩的基础和途径，但运动员本身是否具有运动天赋，无疑是其科学训练能否发挥成效的先决条件，运动员的科学选材也因此成为现今体坛最被关注的热点之一。本研究以花样游泳项目开展最具代表性的8个城市：广州、深圳、上海、北京、南京、武汉、天津和长沙7～15岁花样游泳运动员为研究对象，运用文献资料研究法、专家调查法、问卷调查法、测量研究法和数理统计法对这7个城市的花样游泳运动员的初选进行了深入的研究。经过多轮筛选，确定包括身体形态、身体机能、陆上素质和水上素质四个一级指标的花样游泳运动员初级选材指标体系，该体系是通过对本专项权威教练员的调查和对有关专家的调查等方法，对各年龄组的测试指标进行多轮筛选而建立，符合花样游泳运动员初级选材的要求。在指标体系确立的基础上建立了我国7～15岁花样游泳运动员年龄组科学选材的单项指标评分标准和综合指标评价标准。对提升我国花样游泳竞争力、实现我国花样游泳项目快速发展具有重大的理论和现实意义。随着花样游泳这项运动的发展，项目的发展方向和趋势都会有所变化。因此，一切与该项目训练有关的内容也必将进行调整和改变。选材是为训练服务的，选材标准的制定与实施也必须与时代相适应。任何一个选材标准都有一定的时间性和空间性，这一时期制定的选材标准可能对近期或稍后一段时期的选材有效，能够选拔出符合这一时期最适合花样游泳项目的运动员，但是若干年后，现有的选材标准也许就无法反映项目的特点，满足不了选材的需要，因此，选材标准不可能一劳永逸，需要在实践中不断地进行修订和完善，以保证它的科学性和可行性。关键词：花样游泳运动员；科学选材；指标；评分标准；综合评价广州体育学院2011届硕士研究生学位论文AbstractThedevelopmentofcompetitivesportspracticeshowsthatwhensportsresultsdevelopedtoacertainstage,athletescongenitalconditionswillbecomethedominantfactorthatpromotedorrestrictedtheincreasingofsportsscores.Althoughthescientifictrainingisthebasisandthewayofgettinggoodresultsforathletes,theyhavingtalentornotobviouslyisthepreconditionofwhetherthescientifictrainingcanwork.Therefore,scientificselectingofathletehasbecomeoneofthemosthottopicintodayssportingworld.Thisresearchsobjectarethesynchronizedswimmingathletesaged7~15yearsfromeightmostrepresentativecities:Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Shanghai,Beijing,Nanjing,WuhanandChangsha.Thepaperdiddeeplystudyonthemwithliteraturematerialmethod,interview,investigation,questionnairesurvey,measurementmethodologyandthestatistics.Afterseveralroundsofselection,obtaininganindexsystemincludingbodyshape,physicalfunction,landqualityandwaterqualitythesefourprimaryindexforsynchronizedswimmingathleteprimaryselection.Thissystemthroughthesurveytotheauthoritycoachesandvisitingrelevantexperts,afterseveralroundsofselectionofallagegroupstestindexwasestablished.Itmeetstherequirementsofsynchronizedswimmingathleteprimaryselection.Basedonthisindexsystem,childrenssynchronizedswimmingathletesscientificselec
